And right now, we have an opportunity for a like-minded Contract Coordinator to join our team of essential workers and help us make a positivedifference to the environment we all live and work in.As part of this role youll be the first point of contract for the Client, liaising daily regarding resident and property issues and request. Offering support to the supervisors throughout the day through the monitoring of the service and allocation of missedbins and additional work. Assisting the Operations Manager and QSHE with contract compliance, keeping up to date records and systems to ensure the contract remains compliant at all times with legislation and company policy.Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you maintain and operate vital client communication links, ensuring all work orders are provided and completed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and to firm deadlines. You will update andmanage computer databases and spreadsheets, providing reports and statistical information to senior management. This role will also see you completing general administration duties when required including; stock control, managing all recieved complaints viathe recognised systems and control of delivery of goods and sales and stock control.Our team is made up of professional, friendly, and supportive teammates, including managers who are dedicated to the ongoing development and career progression of our team.
