Job Description

Credit Controller – Up to £26k plus company bonus – WindsorThis is a small but growing team based with a fast-paced, collaborative culture. Job role of the Credit Controller:
  • Speak to our existing customers that are behind on their repayments and be tasked with collecting their arrears.
  • Be prepared for potentially confrontational conversations
  • Update the account accurately when allocating payments or making changes
  • Take charge of the admin aspect of the role to ensure that all correspondence with all customers is tracked and monitored.
  • Review financial accounts and bank statements to assess levels of affordability for our customers. Based on these findings, you will be able to offer payment plans based on their affordability.
  • Ensure KPI’s are achieved to maximise profits.
  • Monitor all requests that customers make via the portal
What we are looking for
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Be extremely driven to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s.
  • You must be someone who can quickly integrate with the team and take on all the above points within the 3-month probation period.
