My client are a software technology company specialising in the Educational sector, and they are currently looking for Business Administrators to join their fantastic, forward thinking company in Windsor.The role is paying £25k plus 25% company bonusFull time, permanent opportunity based in Windsor, and will require you to be fully office based.Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm - 1 hour lunch breakThe purpose of the role is to provide an end to professional and efficient service for all customers. Key responsibilities:* Support and assist in the management and promotion of programmes, ensuring clear notes are always recorded on the CRM system* Stock management, involving; procurement, invoice allocation, reconciling goods in reported from our warehouse team, submitting projects for the tech centre to prepare the equipment for deliver, communication delivery information to the customers and processingcustomer deliver acceptance certificates for assets* To be able to comprehend the teams and business wider processes to ensure internal communication is always clear and well-timed* To work with and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all information is correct and shared with the relevant parties* Provide support within the team when required to cover peak periods, holidays and sickness* Working towards agreed targets and KPIs set by line manager* To communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners/customers* To correctly communicate if errors are found in information passed over from other team members/teams* To communicate your current and forecasted workload with clear priorities and time frames* To make improvements based on constructive feedback and one to one objective outcomes* To highlight role duties where further training is required* To complete employee tasks as requested* To ensure any data shared externally is password protectedKey skills required:* Very strong Microsoft Excel skills. (Demonstration may be required* Excellent attention to detail.* Excellent time management and administration skills.* Ability to receive and act upon constructive feedback in a positive manner.* Adaptive approach when contacting internal and external parties.* Reporting of activities in an accurate, timely and effective manner appropriate to the intended audience.* Proactive in approach and communication.* Ability to problem solve and present solution proposals to management if further assistance is needed
