Job Description

The business has huge ambition for investment and growth, building a relationship of insight and execution!They are looking for people with relevant UK and international experience working on consumer brands, the type of brands you find on the high street or in supermarkets, known brands that you would recognise. They work on a lot of UK consumer brands that arealso sold in other countries so this experience is a key requirement of their clients. Most of their work is in food, drinks, personal care, household and pet food brands so experience in these sectors is essential.Someone who have been at well known UK agencies and consultancies in the branding, consumer research/insight, brand strategy sector.Trained in qualitative research and brand strategy who have personally carried out hands on research using methodologies like focus groups both in person and on line, moderated consumer panels, in depth interviews, stakeholder interviews, accompanied shoppingboth on line and actual retail, ethnography/home visitsRESPONSIBILITIESYou will be responsible for helping to lead insight, strategy, branding, communication, design and innovation projects. Being involved in every aspect from initial insight through to strategy and design execution.- Nurturing client relationships, managing and delivering projects.- Helping to input into proposals, pitching and winning projects, - thinking about how we can approach client pitches in new and fresh - ways.- Delivering elements of projects as part of a project team. - Leading and running projects, juggling a number at the same time- Using and creating insights to feed into ideas- Analysis and creation of themes, platforms and strategy- Leading, designing and helping to run workshops and events.- Developing concepts and ideas.- Working with our internal design team and external partners to fulfil - insight, innovation and strategy projects.Project tasks, include project set up, moderation, interviews, client management, interpreting project briefings, strategic platform creation and development, workshop planning, analysis, workshop material design, competitor analysis, category coding, developingpositionings and propositions, creating debriefs, creative strategy and working closely with our creative and design team.
