Capitalize on a dedicated training and development program that will support your career aspirations and take pride in delivering work that helps save the lives of millions of people around the world.Internship Overview:Join the team managing the whole client contract cycle, combining both the Legal and Financial aspects. This is a unique opportunity to bring your interest in Legal & Finance to gain valuable insights into the world of clinical research and general business acumen while contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes and bring life-changing medicines to patients faster.You will support the development and review of contracts for global, multi-million-dollar clinical trials, from the beginning of the clinical study to its ongoing updating and continuous change management. Types of contracts you may be involved with are:
  • budgets,
  • confidential disclosure agreement (CDA),
  • Individual Services Agreement (ISA),
  • Individual Project Agreement (IPA).
Hands-on Exposure: Get hands-on experience in Contract management: you wont be fetching coffee or making copies – instead, from Day One, you will be contributing to getting New Business Orders signed fast, how to ensure proper contract terms fordifferent types of contracts, cash-flow analysis, payment schedules or follow up on outstanding contract issues for resolution.Project Participation: You will have the opportunity to observe and shadow experienced professionals, gradually transitioning to more independent project work. This immersive learning experience will equip you with essential project management skillsand have a cross-functional exposure with Contract Analysts, Client Services, Finance, Pricing and Sales.Gain In-Depth Business Acumen: This internship offers a unique chance to develop a strong foundation in general business acumen. You will learn how our company operates, gain insights into business processes, and understand the complexities of theclinical research industry.Education/Qualifications/Skills
  • Working towards Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Law, Finance, STEM & Business.
  • Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
  • General ability to use Excel and Word.
