Product Stock AdministratorLocation : BagshotSalary £24,000My client who are based near Bagshot are looking for a Product Stock Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have experience in ordering products, maintain stock levels, working with the buyer and warehouse teams. We are looking for candidates who are a confident user of Microsoft Excel.Support the Stock Control Manager to manage daily ordering across products ensuring optimum product availabilityUpdate websites with stock availability changes on productsWork closely with the accounts team to manage and resolve invoice queriesWork closely with the Stock Control Manager and Product Buyer to investigate and resolve stock and order queriesWork with Goods In team to resolve delivery issuesRun daily and monthly reports to distribute to Stock Control Manager and wider teamRun ad-hoc sales and stock reports to assist with analysis, identification and resolution of issuesWork cross-functionally with customer services to resolve customer queries and respond to reviewsProcess customers orders for personalised gift rangeWork cross-functionally with plant team colleagues to ensure supplier drop-ship orders are released on the systemSkills/Experience requiredGood communication skillsGood interpersonal skills Team playerWillingness to learn & succeedComputer literate (Word & Intermediate Excel)Good planning and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
