With recent new investments, the company is now entering a phase of significant growth. The standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday, and we offer some flexibility in working hours to accommodate individual preferences, such as an early startand finish to avoid rush hour traffic.In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of fleet management activities. Your responsibilities will include vehicle ordering, processing renewals, managing portals, ensuring compliance data is up to date, creating purchase orders,running regular reports on telematics, and assisting in the resolution of any issues that may arise, such as liaising with insurers regarding incidents or accidents. You will collaborate directly with suppliers, third-party agents, and internal contacts andend-users across the country. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will join a team of three Fleet Administrators, overseeing their fleet, including vans, cars, and HGVs, primarily on contract hire.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in Fleet Management administration. Good IT skills are essential, particularly in working with spreadsheets, including the ability to use pivot tables and formulas.
