Vehicle Acquisition ManagerWiltshire£40,000 - £60,000 + Company CarOur client who are a national fleet management and fleet leasing organization are currently seeking a vehicle acquisition manager to join their business at their Wiltshire based head officeThe Role

Ensure the quoting, ordering and delivery of leased vehicles to customer is delivered in an effective and efficient manner to meet customer standards and expectations

To ensure sales support for new business teams in terms of producing quotes and pricing in a dynamic environment

To ensure manufacturer and dealer discounts are loaded and used correctly in the quoting systems

To assist with the development of choice lists for client’s company vehicle policies

To ensure the maintenance of relevant customer data in relevant databases, as required through the renewals tasks

To ensure good working relationships are maintained with OEMs, dealerships, and multi-bid lease organisations

Assist with the generation and analysis of reports, in respect of client needs and expectations, identifying trends, making appropriate recommendations, and supporting service enhancement projects

Support for the Sales & Marketing team regarding bid proposal and literature content, as required

Ensure the delivery of the fleet services teams in an effective and efficient manner to meet customer standards and expectations.

Ad hoc tasks as required by the business

Requirements

Experience of fleet requirements through dealership, fleet management or similar would be advantageous

Experience of managing, running, and developing teams is essential

Experience of working within a quality, process driven environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
