Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Wilmslow/Remote Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:30 or in line with business needsSalary: Circa £50kThe Role:As we embark on the next phase of our transformation journey, we want to be more proactive in effectively planning, managing, and delivering change.As a Scrum Master you will lead and facilitate a cross-functional scrum team that will be responsible for the change and running of our Salesforce platform. Your team will be made up of Salesforce Administrators, Salesforce Developers, Integration and QA Engineers. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and the wider engineering team to bring new functionality and technical improvements to market.You will help further empower our team to increase productivity, transparency, frequency, and quality of delivery by being an expert scrum master! You will monitor sprint progress, run stand-ups, track and identify roadblocks flagging where intervention is required, lead retrospectives and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.Working across the Citation Group you will work with business stakeholders to ensure demand is prioritised and delivered accordingly.Scrum Master - Desired Experience/Skills:* Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a Salesforce/CRM based team that was diligently applying Scrum principles.* Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. * Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.* Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban etc * Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games * Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team and the payments business domain.* Excellent communication and mentoring skills* A keen appetite for personal and group continuous improvementAbout UsWe are Citation.
