Job Description

Part-Time FTC Management Accountant24HR Contract, South ManchesterSalary £35,000FJR Finance are pleased to be supporting amanufacturing business, based in South Manchester, in their search for a Qualified or QBE Finance Manager.Purpose of the role:Responsible for the provision of accurate and reliable financial and management information, and timely reporting to a broad range of stakeholdersJob Role & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including a full and detailed reconciliation of gross margin.
  • Overhead variance analysis.
  • Reconciliation of several balance sheet accounts, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Assist in Audit process.
  • Deputizing for Finance Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Attention to detail and ability to investigate complex variances essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong IT and Systems Knowledge, including Excel.
  • Experienced in multiple software systems - Sage ideally.
  • Minimum AAT qualified or QBE.
