Job Description

Mechanical Services Manager North-West based Building Services Consultancy£50,000-£60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + BenefitsLeading Building Services Consultancy are expanding as a business and have a key hire they are looking to source who will be responsible for heading up the division reporting into the Services Director.Key experience for the Mechanical Services Manager will include:

  • Proven track record managing mechanical teams on projects including sub-contractors ensuring regulations are met and health and safety standards are adhered to.
  • Ideally come from a Building Services or Facility Management background with knowledge of both commercial and domestic projects.
  • Have worked in a similar role and have industry recognised qualifications in Gas and/or Plumbing (Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contract Managers experience also considered).
  • Experience communicating with clients direct, quoting/estimating for work and attending customer site for full project assessments.
  • Full driving license.
The Mechanical Services Manager will have the opportunity to adapt the role to suit their skill set and additional training/support will be provided.
