Marketing strands include DM marketing, (the DM marketing is externally sourced with a company in Yorkshire) digital marketing, e-shots, the website, maintaining up to date and accurate data lists, data analytics, Digitalto expand our current presence in digital marketing, appropriate to the business, and to make it results driven, and have impact on the overall revenue of the business E-shotsdesign (or use previous e-shots adapted) weekly, sometimes 3 times per weekthe quantity varies between c10,000 and 80,000 in any one week, targeted at different sectors, in different schools, using Pure 360 as our e-marketing platform Conduct straightforward analytics on the e-shots, whats working, whats not, and can make changes as appropriate Have creative flair and imagination which would suit the professional market we are in Content creation, adaptation, copying - be able to come up with content adapted from our courses and conferences, working with the Content Design Production team for specific details Maintain, update the website, take pride in a high quality, accurate absolutely up to date website which markets over 350 products, needs to explain the different services we provided, is therefore fairly text heavy Graphic Designdemonstrates imaginative flair and academic understanding in layout of different pages on the website, and in selecting appropriate images Works with our external web designer as and when required Maintain and update our (28) Data lists, data analytics. Work with our external data and mailing companies when sending out e-shots with these companies Liaise with the Content Producers and Sales Team when putting together e-marketing campaigns and individual e-shotsSkills, Competencies and Experience: Be a graduate with a related degreeie Marketing, Business, Media Have at least 23 years of experience in a company which markets multiple productsin our case over 300 and be able to multi-task and handle both the diversity and the quantity Be comfortable with being responsible for the marketing for the company Work at a good pace, with flexibility, excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal skills with so much text volume on our products Good analytical skills - can assess the success of particular campaigns, website layouts, Pure 360 data etc Experience of overall handling, being creative, have an excellent eye for accuracy and detailon the website Have creative flair, have ideas, come up with problem solving solutions where necessary Social media expertise Abie to handle responsibility confidently and comfortablyBenefits 25 days annual leave + 3 additional days over Christmas + bank holidays Company pension scheme On-site parking
