Job Description

Junior Merchandiser £30-35,000This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs fastest growing e-commerce fashion brands as a Junior Merchandiser. The company is expanding as a result of its success to date and if you would like the opportunity to bring your commerciality and eyefor numbers to a place where you can make your mark and develop your career then this could be the right opportunity for you.The role will be based at the companys Head Office in Cheshire and hybrid working is in place.Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing detailed category analysis for range sign offs.
  • Working alongside the Buying/QA and Marketing team to deliver the products/collections in line with the critical path key dates and key marketing dates.
  • Ensuring ranges are delivered to our external partners to maximise sales opportunity.
  • Trading the Department daily to highlight potential repeat opportunities and managing under-performance
  • Intake management to deliver sales plan.
  • Producing and maintaining all sales reports and category analysis
  • Highlighting opportunity/risk from sales reports and analysis
  • Have weekly intake meetings with Marketing to update on product availability
  • Liaise with Distribution Centre/Suppliers and Imports to ensure stock is available on time
  • Producing ad-hoc analysis to ensure sales maximised
  • Produce availability reports for product/brochure launches.
  • To help in further system improvements, WSSI introduction/development.
What were looking for:This role will suit someone currently working at Junior Merchandiser level, or an Assistant Merchandiser/Senior Assistant Merchandiser who is looking for their next step up. Ideally, youll have a fashion background and be interested in fashion.Youll be someone who is analytical and great with numbers, as well as being PC literate, particularly Excel.
