Job Description

Customer Servicing Support AnalystHeard of usWere an award-winning bank; backing people to fulfil lifes hopes and dreams.Now is your chance…As Customer Service Support Analyst, youll be part of the residential mortgages team enabling the business to deliver a high standard and efficient operational support service.The role of Customer Service Support Analyst is really important to us. You will work closely with the new business and in-life teams, supporting with the delivery of system and process enhancements as we continue to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our Wilmslow office. In the meantime you will be based remotely. Youll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.What would your day look like

  • Supporting our customer Servicing and Operations teams with any system issues, updates and testing
  • Participation in end user testing for system changes
  • Working with our change and test teams for system issues and as well as our banking platform technology provider to resolve in-life accounts errors in a timely manner
  • Act as a champion, being the first point of call for our Servicing and Operations teams with system queries and issues
  • Deliver an excellent quality of service to agreed service levels
  • Ownership of updates to SOPs following system changes (Originations and Customer Services)
  • Support with projects on an ad-hoc basis
  • Understand and embrace the principle of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) at all times
  • What do we expect of you
  • Experience of system testing
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of DPR platforms preferred (banking platform technology provider)
  • Ability to adapt to change, deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Having a proactive approach, with a keen desire to provide excellent customer service, and delivery for our customers.
