Job Description

Customer Administrator / Customer Service - Building ServicesUp to £24000 + Benefits + Company BonusBased in Wilmslow areaBack Office team of a leading M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Consultancy in the North West require a Customer Administrator / Customer Service to join the organisation and play an active part in the business support of the company carrying out a numberof duties including:

  • Logging workload for Engineers on an internal CRM system
  • Dealing with customer queries and providing update on site work including (if required) interacting with sub-contractors
  • Speaking to suppliers to ensure Engineers have the materials/tools required
  • When needed provide administrative support to the Project Managers on quoting for business
To apply the Customer Administrator / Customer Service will need the following background:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Administrator / Customer Service/Back Office position
  • Commercial experience within the building services, construction or services sectors highly desirable
  • Computer literate with experience in project/job management software
  • Attention to details and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
