The Firm Well-recognised leading firm of Insolvency Practitioners specialising in the Business Recovery and restructuring market place. The firm handles all aspects of corporate and individual insolvency utilising the full range of insolvency procedures, especially solvent and insolvent liquidations, receiverships, administrations, voluntary arrangements and bankrupy. The Role A role has arisen due to growth within the Cheshire office for an experienced Assistant Manager working alongside the Director. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of handling Administrations, CVL’s, MVL’s, , Bankruptcies and IVA’s. The applicant will have come from either a similar background or a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants, and will be seeking a move into a dynamic fast moving environment.CaseloadAdminister a portfolio of live cases, the size of which is to be agreed dependant on the level of additional tasks.Staff trainingOrganise training for staff on a regular basis (either in-house or using external providers) on topics to be agreed following discussion with management and staff.
