Contracts Manager (M&E)Wilmslow£45,000 - £50,000 + benefitsA leading mechanical plumbing and heating contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their growing team. They work across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, domestic, and pharmaceutical.In this multi-faceted role, the successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical division of the company, supporting the production of mechanical and plumbing bids/tenders for pre-designed and design/contract projects. You will also work as a project and contract manager for rewarded mechanical contracts, ensuring they are delivered on time and in budget to a high standard. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will also be responsible for estimating works and projects of varying size and supporting the business within client meetings and estimation/tender presentations to secure opportunities.Experience
