Brand Marketing Executive£26,000 - £30,000 plus benefits South Manchester **Candidates from home textiles, homewares, fashion, etc will be of particular interest**Due to continued growth, my client has an excellent role for a Brand Marketing Executive to join their team in South Manchester, working in an exciting and fast-growing category space. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with best-sellingBrands.Your role will involve:You will be supporting the Senior / Brand Manager to deliver key projects, as well as owning the marketing plan and execution for their exciting new growth license.As the ecomm business continues to thrive, your role will have a significant focus on driving forward the online marketing assets to ensure they are best in class. This will involve keeping up to date with the latest online listing trends for the categoriesand beyond, monitoring and improving our product presentation across key retailers. A key responsibility will also be arranging/ managing photoshoots and briefing design to ensure our assets deliver the desired impact in an online selling environment.In addition, you will have exposure and responsibilities across the marketing mix, including packaging artwork and design, on pack promotions, PR, social media and copywriting.In this role you will need to:

• Support the Senior / Brand Manager on key projects to drive awareness and demand for our licensed and owned brand portfolio.
• Work in close partnership with the Sales and eCommerce teams to provide marketing support to NAMs for key accounts, and successfully implement product /NPD launches.
• Be responsible for creating engaging and effective marketing assets for hero products across key channels. This will include the creation of clear and accurate briefs for photography and graphics, and an ability to manage delivery in line with brief expectations.
• Provide Press Office support including product information, sampling for journalists, and managing the internal communication and tracking of key coverage.

Key skills & experience:

• Strong marketing experience, ideally in home textiles/ fashion / beauty.
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills. Experienced working in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritise workload across multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met, with an ability to multitask.
• First class communication skills, able to work cross functionally and build key relationships across departments.
• Experience of developing assets for online sales, either in a D2C environment or ideally on marketplaces such as Amazon, Very, and Argos.
• Strong copywriting experience; impactful first impression; right first time
• A natural instinct for assessing photography in line with briefs, and confidence in knowing what good looks like for online imagery (ideally in the home category)
• Experienced in creative assessment. Accomplished in briefing design and assessing responses in line with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Commercial awareness with a keen eye for detail. Experienced in developing sales aids / presentations and selling concepts to sales teams.
• Driving license - occasional requirement to travel to the other offices in Middleton / photography studios in Manchester.
