Our client is an expanding water company who offer a wide range of specialist water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an organised and motivated Water Hygiene Administrator to join their successful team based in and around the Wolverhampton area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and will have demonstratable experience in scheduling and planning works on a national scale. Applications from Birmingham, Dudley, Litchfield, Tamworth, and the surrounding areas will be considered. Experience:Previous experienced working in an operations coordination role. Good level of IT skills including Excel and ability to learn client specific software. Ability to implement and follow relevant policies and procedures. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to prioritise workload effectively.Role:Coordination of operations from beginning to completion ensuring works adhere to deadlines and budget guidelines. Communicating with site technicians, clients and customers. Ordering equipment and resources. Planning and scheduling works and pre-planned maintenance. Dealing with Reactive Tasks.Knowledge of relevant H&S policies and procedures including COSHH. Processing and collation of paperwork, reports and method statements.
