Job Description

About UsOur clientis an expanding company which supplies vehicle tracking and camera safetysystems to fleet operators. Founded on the principles of exceptional serviceour clientis dedicated to helping companies run more efficient businesses, improve service, lowerrisk, stay incontrol of their vehicles and reduce operating costs.Role overviewThe Telesales Sales Executive is part of the Sales Team and is personally responsible for generatingbusiness opportunities, agreeing pricing structures within agreed parameters and maximising salespotential.You will have a thorough understanding of the nuances of selling and building relationships in theB2B market and have a proven ability to go after accounts within this market.Main Responsibilities

  • Generating sales growth and revenue from both existing customers and new prospects, following up on all opportunities presented.
  • Calling prospects from internal databases, referrals and website leads.
  • Provide decision makers with information on our products and services, demonstrating product features and benefits using online screen sharing tools
  • manage the entire sales lifecycle from inception to closing the deal
  • Provide after sales account management to ensure customers are satisfied and maximise revenue opportunities
You will;
  • Consistently maintain company call targets and KPI’s
  • Maintain and update the company database on all sales opportunities
  • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information
  • Actively partake in internal meetings as and when required
  • Participate in appraisals and performance reviews
Person SpecificationOur clientis looking for exceptional talent, people who want to make a difference andwho are used to working hard and achieving personal success.This role requires a discreet individual who can maintain the confidentiality of the information theyare exposed to, be a confident and driven professional, driven to succeed within their role.SkillsWe are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills;
  • Good knowlede of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Word, CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
