Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development RepresentativeLocation: WillenhallSalary: £25k basic + £6k OTEREF: J14003:WMSector: ITOur client is a leading IT System Design organisation that provides a range of specialist and expert lead services that allows businesses to build a lasting IT legacy.Our client are now looking for a new team of motivated Sales Development Representatives who will establish, foster and maintain relationships with both highly technical and leadership level contacts.This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a lucrative career in sales, with an organisation that values the progression and development of their employees.Package:

Role:
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the marketplace they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Drive new logo acquisition through phone calls, emails, social channels and your own creative methods, whilst also working with existing accounts to expand opportunity
  • Work alongside the wider selling team with a focus on the initial relationship development
  • Use effective sales techniques to uncover those customer needs that can be addressed through the company solutions
  • Book meetings between new business prospects and senior members of the sales team- you will be able shadow on some of these meetings to gain a better understanding of the full sales cycle
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented
