Job Description

Prepping OperativeBusiness Unit: DigitalLocation: Wolverhampton - Planetary RoadContract Type: Fixed Term Contract - Full TimeHours: 40Salary: £19,760.00Do you have a positive work ethic, a can do and self-motivating attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentIf so, you might be perfect for this new, exciting role that Restore Digital has to offer.As a Prepping Operator, you will be responsible for preparing customer documentation for scanning.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, amongst a flexible work ethic, are essential for this role due to the specific, agreed standards required to prepare documents for scanning.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow specified work instructions to ensure that documents are in the expected order subject to specific job requirements
  • Preparing documents for scanners by unfolding, smoothing, and removing obstructions such as staples or paperclips
  • Orienting documents to ensure they face the correct way for scanning
  • Separating and labelling documents with barcode separators
  • Work towards and achieve performance targets to help ensure customer SLAs are met
  • To be aware of and comply with the safety requirements of the department

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence andthe Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
