Junior IT Support Engineer Willenhall, West Midlandsc£17k - £20k neg dep expOur Willenhall based client runs an exciting and established niche sector operation in the West Midlands and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth for 2021, are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Engineer to complement their energetic and professional team.Supporting the Head of Systems, the successful Junior IT Support Engineer candidate will enjoy a variety of IT duties and responsibilities, ranging from the testing of a new piece of functionality or being part of team responsible for the analysis process of a new project to assisting with the development and support of the website design - every day is different and exciting!Based near Dudley and working on a 40-hour week basis, it is envisaged that the successful Junior IT Support Engineer candidate will demonstrate previous experience of providing day to day IT support along with comprehensive knowledge of associated peripherals including printers etc and a good all-round understanding of both hardware and software applications.Web / software development experience and programming skills would prove distinctly advantageous, and a hands-on "can do" attitude is essential - as is the ability work both autonomously and as part of a team in an often-pressurised environment.With an aptitude for learning new systems and excellent problems solving skills, previous experience in the use of Shopify will also prove beneficial along with excellent communication skills at all levels, and you will realistically demonstrate relevant IT qualifications and hold a full UK driving licence.Contact the Software Team at Premier Technical Recruitment on or email your cv in confidence to for further details.
