Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing business customers and designing effective incentives to increase sales.They provide exceptional training, a competitive salary, and genuine potential for career advancement throughout the company. Dont miss out!The Role:As an account manager, your primary responsibilities include developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing SME customers such as garages. The main parts of the role are:

  • To develop new business opportunities (find potential export customers, contact them by phone and email) and open new accounts.
  • Account management: Maintaining relationships with existing customers with routine calls and emails.
  • To undertake Occasional business trips to Germany to maintain and develop accounts.
  • To achieve sales targets and support the growth of the business.
  • To provide quotations and process orders.
  • To deal with customer enquiries.
  • Analyse customer accounts and sales data to monitor sales figures and produce targeted special offers.
  • To update all customer data (price lists, contact sheets).
The Candidate:
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Full and clean driving licence (essential)
  • Experienced calling business customers in Germany (ideally)
  • Willing and able to travel to Europe without restriction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to work on your initiative
  • Computer literate
LocationThe company is based near Wolverhampton near the A454, easily accessible by car from Birmingham, Dudley, Walsall, Solihull, Kidderminster, Worcester and the M5 and M6. There is ample parking on site.
