Site Engineer / Mechanical FitterPermanent - Monday to FridayStart and finish times can vary slightly depending on where each job is based, but generally between 7am : 4:30pm. Van provided to travel to and from sites and travel time is paid.Hourly rate depending on experience.Are you a self-motivated Mechanical Engineer who has installation, general maintenance, repair and fitting skillsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Site Engineer / Mechanical Fitter to join an engineering company on the outskirts of Cullompton.Duties include: * Installing machinery and equipment in feed milling and other industries where conveying equipment is used.* Carrying out servicing for grain driers and grain handling equipment as well as troubleshoot and assess faults on bulk handling machinery.* Performing general factory maintenance and repair duties.* Erection of supporting steelworks. * Carrying out repairs to damaged equipment. * Preparing and submitting detailed job sheets to allow any further works to be assessed.
