Job Description

£20,000//Discretionary Bonus//Charity Fundraising Events IT Helpdesk TechnicianWe have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team in one of the Southwests fastest-growing, privately-owned companies out of their headquarters based in Cullompton. As an IT Helpdesk Analyst you will be providing internal support to theiroffice and will be a core part of the IT department.IT Helpdesk Technician Responsibilities:

  • Timely response to enquiries from staff, resolving any hardware or software problems
  • Thorough research and in-depth troubleshooting to determine the most effective manner to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide support for all IT products and services including answering questions, troubleshooting problems and communicating policy.
  • Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
  • Assisting users in the use of computer equipment through advising or providing any necessary training to users regarding software or hardware functionality.
IT Helpdesk Technician Requirements:
  • This is a people-centric role, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of PCs, Office software applications, analytical skills, and fault finding
  • Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role or have a relevant qualification
