Job Description

Having enjoyed substantial year on year growth since our inception in 2012, Finlay Jude Associates are an Award Winning Recruitment Consultancy based in Rochdale.Due to continued growth and an enviable position in the market, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and driven team.This will be a 360 Recruitment Consultant role working across both temporary and permanent positions. Whilst you will have the opportunity to manage existing Client Accounts we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys Business Development and who has the drive to build their own lucrative desk.You must be dynamic, ambitious and not afraid of hard work! You will enjoy working in a sales environment and be driven to meet and outperform targets.Job Description

Business Development - plan and structure growth of the desk by creating a Business Development plan including target Companies within specific geographical areas

To effectively establish, maintain and manage both existing and new client relationships

Candidate management - manage effective candidate relationships throughout the Recruitment process

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant

Proven ability to hit targets and manage a profitable desk

Car owner/driver
