inlay Jude Associates are supporting a well-established Manufacturing Company based in the Whitworth area who are looking for a Labourer.This is a temporary role which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.£10.5/hr -37hrs + overtime availableMonday/Thursday 7.30 am - 12.30 pm / 1.00 pm - 4.00 pmFriday 7.00 am - 12 noonMain Duties and Responsibilities as Labourer:* To provide assistance to all employees including the shop floor and offices as requested by management* To assist the welders when the purging of welds is required* To use industrial saws and drills for pre-component assemblies* To assist in the stores as required, e.g. off loading and racking of materials* To carry out various deliveries and collections using the company vehicles* To assist with customer trials in our innovation centre + cleaning/jetwashing after etc* To carry out bead blasting of fabrications as requested by management (cover for absence)* To keep garden areas maintained /carparks and land areas maintained* Cleaning of company vehicles as a when available* General site maintenance - painting, building work etc* To ensure all health and safety systems are adhered to and any issued PPE is worn as and when required* To qualify for a Forklift Truck licence during the 1st 12 months* To maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas at all times across the whole site and yards* Any other duties as requested by managementExperience/Skills:* Hard working with a great work ethic* Punctual with good time keeping* Previous experience in a similar Labourer positionIf you are looking for a fantastic Labourer opportunity and want to work for a forward-thinking Company then click on the apply now button.Due to the high volume of applications, we receive we are not always able to reply to all applications.
