Café Supervisor / Assistant ManagerVenue & Visitor AttractionDuxford / Cambridge 5 days over 740 hours / week - day shifts onlySalary: £30,000Are you an outgoing, confident, hands-on Supervisor or Assistant Manager, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer serviceSituated in amazing surroundings this established Venue & Visitor Attraction is one of the major and most unique attraction in the cultural and historical landscape of Cambridgeshire.My client is the UK Leading Catering Caterer, and an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a dynamic and ambitious operations professional, that of Café Supervisor / Assistant Manager to take the lead in the running of their day visitor attraction & venuenear Duxford / Cambridge.We are looking for a high energy individual with personality who can think on their feet and who has the passion and drive for delivering great food, service and leading a dedicated teamWhat youll be doing:* Assist the senior management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the operations, ensuring that the Cafes are achieving the standards, and lead from the front with a hands-on approach, creating a rewarding and exciting place to work for all.* As the Supervisor, / Assistant Manager you will be a key part of the venues success, and will need to continuously promote high-quality service, deliver excellent food and beverage offers and ensure all of the Cafes outlets are integral parts of the visitorexperience.* You will inspire and support your team through training, coaching, development and feedback and encouraging fresh thinking.Requirements:As the Café Supervisor / Assistant Manager you will have great team leadership, previous supervisory experience in a high-volume operation within a mixture of the following sectors... Visitor or public venues, high street Café & Food Retail shops, restaurants.* Be positive, confident, have great communicational skills and open-minded attitude with bags of personality.* Have great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-moving fresh food environment, delivering fantastic products to their clients.* Great forward thinking and obsessed with amazing customer service.* A "hands-on" Supervisor with great leadership skills who led by example and has ability to positively influence and guide others.
