Job Description

Accounts Payable Assistant| £26,000 - £28,000 | Permanent|This role as Accounts Payable Assistant will be working with a local organisation specialise in retirement care. This is a great opportunity to work in a brilliant team and develop your finance career.Role responsibilities

  • Maintaining the purchase ledger function for the organisation.
  • Processing supplier invoices in a busy and fast-faced environment.
  • Assisting suppliers with any finance queries by monitoring the finance inbox.
  • Receive and check weekly payment runs.
  • Ensure accuracy and correct allocation of all payments.
Person specification
  • Experience of working in an Accounts Payable function (ideally 1-2yrs)
  • Strong communication skills to work with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data
