Job Description

Due to our continued success and development, we are recruiting for a Lead Support Worker (Supported Living).As a recognised IiP Gold organisation, we believe that our greatest asset is our staff. With this in mind we provide a range of Day Services, Social Enterprises, Supported Employment and general support, which your role as Lead Support Worker will enable us to continue this great work.Our ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience of working with and relating to people from a wide variety of backgrounds including marginalised groups
  • Relevant experience of working with people with learning disabilities
  • To demonstrate an ability to set direction, lead and motivate staff
  • Clear desire to work and commit to delivering a service in an open and honest manner.
  • To be able to manage more than one location and support teams of staff and clients.
  • Driver with access to own car is essential
