Job Description

2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer - Microsoft 365We are seeking a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our Oxford based client. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner, so Support Engineers coming from an Office or Microsoft 365 or Azure background will be an ideal fit.The 2nd / 3rd line Support Consultant will take a pro-active approach towards supporting and improving IT configurations. Post-Covid, your role will be on client sites 50% of the time, and in the meantime you will be confident in providing professional 2nd / 3rd line support remotely.Business has remained strong across 2020, and the 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer will be stepping directly into long-standing client relationships.The 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer will bring experience in:

  • Windows Server administration and configuration
  • Virtualisation, security and networking
  • Microsoft 365 / Office365 or Azure
  • Customer-facing support
  • The 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer will also bring:
  • A driving licence - required for client site visits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Preferably certification in MS365 or Azure
  • Preferably MCSE or MCSA certification
