Job Description

ADMIN SUPPORTComputer RefurbishmentGeneral description of the role:Managed Services Support Administrator is responsible for assisting the Service Delivery Account Managers in an administration and resource capacity. Working alongside high calibre individuals, your role will require a high level of efficiency and professionalismhelping the team to achieve team objectives. Key responsibilities [this is not an exhaustive list and the details are bound to change over time]:

  • Consider information security as a key factor in your role and daily tasks, report any security incidents to appropriate person
  • Liaise with all clients and third parties to process client requests in a timely manner to include, but not limited to:
  • Responding to Client Requests via email and telephone
  • Booking Collections for both existing and new clients
  • Arranging appointments for Account Managers if required
  • Preparation of quotations for Account Managers if required
  • Correspondence with Existing Clients to ensure satisfaction when services work is arranged/collections are undertaken
  • Update and maintain CRM records to a high standard ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Manage Client and Partner Portal
  • Ensure all rules and compliances within Managed Services are adhered to at all times
  • Assist and take on duties requested by CS Account Managers and complete in a timely manner
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and resolving administrative queries
  • Preparation of client packs for consultant meetings with clients if required and attendance at those meetings if requested
  • Maintain recurring activities for review for Account Managers
  • Follow up calls following mail outs sent from the Managed Services Department with a view to closing on appointments/collections for the Account Managers.
  • Sending out information to clients by post and email as required.
  • Data cleansing of Zoho contact details as required
  • Assisting the Managed Services Manager with ad hoc administrative duties
  • Assisting the Managed Services Manager with research activities for marketing campaigns
  • Diary Management for CS Account Managers as required
  • Collating pipeline information for the Managed Services Manager on a weekly basis via the Account Managers
  • Management of Managed Services Existing Client Matrix and updating the Managed Services Manager on Account Manager progress for targets & KPIs.
Preferred personal characteristics and competencies of the ideal candidate:
  • Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity (demonstrated by an unblemished career history, complete lack of criminal convictions etc.), and willing to undergo vetting and/or personality assessments to verify this if necessary
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Confident and professional in relation to information security, with the knowledge and experience to exude competence.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate over security matters with higher management in knowledgeable but approachable way
  • A capable professional writer, able to research and prepare high quality, clearly-written documents free of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes;
  • A people person, good at establishing productive relationships with work colleagues
Relevant qualifications, skills and experience:
  • At least two years full time work experience in an Administration role with some experience of IT related topics
  • Minimum 2 Years MS Office
  • Organisational Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Work Independently/Show Initiative
  • Be willing to learn and ask questions
