Senior Technical Business Analyst required to joina national transport provider based in London.As the Senior Technical Business Analyst you willsupervise the delivery of internal development, managing the internal development team of PowerApps developer, SharePoint Developer and Microsoft 365 Adoption specialist andfilter requests, clarify requirements,define priorities whilst providing guidance on the governance framework and being the engagement lead with all business units.Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Proven experience of Business Analyst role, including requirement gathering and process documentation Experience of owning change agenda and being able to present road to senior management Stakeholder management experience Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises Experience of delivery that includes the use of internal and third-party suppliers Knowledge and use of industry-standard program/project methods, tools and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular project and programme updates Experience at working both independently and in a multi-disciplinary-team collaborative environment.
