Job Description

About the role Title – Mall Security Officer Pay Rate – £13.10/hr Location – London Westfield Shift Timings – 7:00 to 19:00, 4 on 4 off rota (12hrs per shift) You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Your main responsibilities may include:

High Profile visible patrolling (internal and external)
Providing excellent customer service to our guests
Creating a safe and secure environment
Incident management and control
Police and other emergency service engagement
Following site-specific procedures
Maintaining the highest standards of security

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Excellent communication skills in English under high pressure
Excellent written English for report writing.
Ability to contribute to the team

Confident in dealing with the public
Ability to deal with conflict situations and work under pressure

Physically Fit
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications Essential Experience:

SIA – Door Supervisor
Understanding of Microsoft Office
5 Year checkable work history
