Job Description

A glamorous client of ours are currently recruiting for several Social Media Talent Assistants to join their team in West London. This reputable talent agency boasts a client network consisting of big names from reality TV, the modelling industry, presenters,the music industry and influencers on social media.This is a dream role for someone who is passionate about social media, has up-to-date knowledge on new trends and has a keen interested in influencer culture.Benefits:

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Assisting talent managers with managing clients, including but not limited to:- Brand building- Marketing content creation- Digital strategy- Commerical projects- Corporate events- Live events
  • Organising and booking meetings, organising presentation documents, note taking
  • Diary management
  • Social media content creation and upload
  • Analysing and reporting data from campaigns
  • Assisting with other departments when necessary
  • Creating working relationships with professionals in the industry and sharing market knowledge with team
  • Talent retention - Assisting in growing client database using both recruitment and networking techniques
Ideal candidate:
  • Someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for social media
  • Knowledge on current trends, headlines and media updates
  • Able to multitask
  • Works well under pressure, can stick to strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Confident with Google Calendar, Gmail and Drive

  • Ability to network and create, build and maintain working relationships
