Magic Circle Law Firm seeks a Project Manager with full life cycle experience and “big picture” outlook to manage multiple projects and deliverables across installations moves and changes and related technologies. Candidates must have Intapp Open experience within a law firm (or large accountancy firm) environment. The Project Manager will use their previous experience of full lifecycle projects to plan, manage and deliver projects across the global enterprise and apply his/her knowledge of implementing software development projects, and end user applications. The key focus is on accuracy and attention to detail across the full lifecycle over and above the timescales for delivery.In addition to Intapp Open (preferably to include conflicts and terms / full product suite), strong Legal sector (or large accountancy firm) experience there is a preference towards candidates with exposure to Document Management Systems (DMS) such as iManage / Filesite and ideally knowledge of the suite of legal software products: Intapp Open, Integrate, Wall Builder. The Project Manager will use their previous experience of delivering projects to plan, manage and deliver projects across the international enterprise. Liaising with Senior business and IT stakeholders you will negotiate, plan, cost, forecast, deliver and report to the Head of Change Management and stakeholder steering committees on numerous elements within the projects. You will also be responsible for team management and mitigation of issues and risks within the project as well as the technical personnel seconded onto the project teams, and with 3rd party vendors.Typically you may manage 3 to 5 projects, depending on status, of size and complexity.
