Job Description

New Business and Marketing Manager Location: City of LondonSalary: up to £60,000 + 20% of salary in bonus (OTE)Start date: ASAPAdecco City are currently working with a start-up, boutique merchandise company based in the City of London. Our clients main goal is to help brands re-invent the way they use merchandise by turning merchandise into media. They work with market leading brands such as Estee Lauder, Babylon Healthcare & Unilever and delivered a turn over of £3m in their first financial year of trading. Our client is now looking to hire a brand-new marketing and sales expert to work in partnership with the company MDs and support with financial growth through marketing.To apply for this role, you should have at least 3 years-experience within a similar role, worked with key accounts in previous roles and have a network or potential prospective clients.Duties included but are not limited to:

  • Work in partnership with the MD and business leaders to understand our USPs
  • Review the marketplace and our current client base to deliver a marketing plan that will differentiate us from our competitors
  • Creation of marketable case studies
  • Manage Social media and CRM marketing through thought leadership and tactical campaigns
  • Networking within the marketplace, building relationships with potential clients of the future
    • Objectives:
  • Create a strong pipeline for new client opportunities
  • Manage tender processes in partnership with the internal subject matter experts
  • Deliver new business/organic growth in excess of £1m per annum
  • To help Orb Group become a recognised change agent and a market leader
