Job Description

Do you have a passion for developing a brands visual identity Ready to move on from your first design role This is a brand-new role within a global luxury beverages company, they are looking for a talented Junior Designer to join their growing brand team. This company have been around for nearly 30 years and have offices in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. This role sits in their London office based in East London (remote on boarding due to Covid). They offer season ticket loans, cycle to work schemes, life insurance, 28 days holiday and a discretionary bonus based on company performance! They are a revered brand within the luxury beverage industry and are looking to further develop their visual identity.Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design, customisation, and execution of creative assets for product offers, website content, social media posts and event collateral - across both digital and print formats.
  • Contribute to the development of the companys visual identity, ensuring consistent application of the brand book and style guide throughout the process.
  • Assist the Brand Designer with research and development of new design templates used across the business.
    • Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of in-house or agency experience, preferably with UI/UX experience and a strong digital portfolio.
  • Advanced competencies in core Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software, as well as prototyping software such as Sketch.
  • Ability to interpret and consistently apply brand guidelines.
  • Good understanding of a range of print and online design processes.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly.
    • Person Specification:
  • Proven communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders. Ability to effectively brief production artworkers e.g. printers.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • An interest in fine wine and spirits.
