This role is also responsible for all HRMI reporting which will be presented at board level.This role supports the Chief People Officer directly so senior stakeholder management is vital.ProfileThe successful candidate is a strong, self sufficient payroll/benefits manager preferably with a background dealing with FS stakeholders.You will have a strong HRMI reporting skillset.
