LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIALDue to ongoing projects and requirement for additional support, large multinational Law Firm currently seek a 3rd Line Support Analyst to provide both 3rd Line Infrastructure focussed support and server migration project delivery within a multinational infrastructure environment.The 3rd Line Support Analyst will undertake both senior level / 3rd line BAU support for Wintel server issues conducting appropriate problem identification and resolution. This will form the main focus (60%) of the role and as such we seek a candidate who can demonstrate recent BAU support experience in their engagement history.Working within a team of infrastructure analysts / support analysts you will focus on BAU support responding to tickets raised by the service desk and resolve 3rd line support issues relating to medium scale Infrastructure systems. Environment consists of Wins 10 Workstation using Microsoft office; iManage; DMS / legal applications, virtualisation technologies to include extensive VMWare and SCCM. You will work to the project guidelines and also compliance requirements as deemed necessary. This is an IS0 27001 mature environment.We are searching for an Infrastructure Analyst / BAU Support Engineer / 3rd Line Support Analyst / Senior Support Engineer who has gained experience working in law firm or professional services environment where you will have resolved 3rd & 4th line BAU support issues relating to Wintel server infrastructure. You will have experience with Windows Server ideally 2016. Additionally, you will be comfortable working with iManage or similar DMS. Your experience will have been gained in back-office environments for large companies ideally within Magic Circle Law Firms or professional services environments but relevant technical exposure is prioritised. You will have experience of working on complex Wintel Infrastructure for organisations with over 1000 employees and multiple operational sites ideally across international sites with an estate in excess of 200+Located in the city for a highly prestigious Law Firm this contract engagement comes with high chance of extension.
