Magic Circle law firm seek an IT Document Specialist / iManage Systems Engineer to provide full lifecycle management and administration of DMS IT Systems; documentation of operational DMS procedures; installation and configuration of all DMS related products: iManage 10; RAVN; SPM; provision of project tasks such as Stage Plan delivery to the PM e.g. migration and delivery of DMS projects. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Engineering Manager candidates will be accredited with relevant iManage 10 / iManage Work / ICSE (iManage Certified System Engineer) certifications and have exposure to Wins Server 2016 / 2019 (AD, Azure; Powershell; load balancers / Citrix Netscalers.You will work on a permanent basis as a key point of contact for document process resolution and also to provide technical guidance on MS Word and also other MS Office applications. Further typical issues would also include corrupt documents and templates which require further assistance than can be covered by 1st / 2nd line. You may have come from a relevant DMS background in the past and moved into IT Systems Document Specialist functions and have exposure to resolution of IT support queries.This role is a key additional function in support of the global user-base within a process driven environment. Due to the nature of this permanent role you will need to be available to interview within the next two weeks and be available to start within 4 – 6 weeks ideally. Experience working in a similar role for a Global Law Firm is essential. The IT Document Specialist will be responsible for guiding users through key processes working with iManage; MsWord; Office; to resolve issues on a daily basis whilst liaising with infrastructure teams, desktop support analysts and senior key business stakeholders.Based in the city for a “magic circle” Law Firm this permanent roles comes excellent benefits and positive working environment.
