Prospectus is excited to be working exclusively with the NSPCC to help them recruit for a Fundraising Compliance Manager to lead in developing an open, fair and honest culture in all our fundraising and marketing activities. This role is offered a full-time maternity cover contract for 11 months paying £34,000- £39,898 (plus £3,366 London weighting) to be home based initially before returning to the office when possible after the CoVid-19 crisis. The post holder will play a critical role in leading the Data Protection & Compliance team in supporting staff across a variety of campaigns, events and innovations. The manager will also provide strategic and regular updates to senior management, the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees. They are looking for someone who is organised, a good communicator and has a track record for getting things done. You must be able to stay up to date with changes to the regulatory framework for the charity sector, in particular to meet our moving target of fundraising regulations. An up to date knowledge of Data Protection legislation would be beneficial, as well as an understanding of how these impacts on the charity sector. You must be able to build strong and effective working relationships but also be able to influence and motivate colleagues to comply.
