The Employee Relations SAR Analyst will be responsible primarily for compliance for all UK and Ireland Data Subject Access Requests, requests for erasure and other GDPR related activities as required. This will entail managing the end to end process from initial request, to completion overseen by the ER Advisors responsible for Data Privacy.Employee Relations SAR Analyst Responsibilities: - Be a point of contact for enquiries from HR on Data Protection and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) requests along with established ER teams- Work with the respective ER contact to agree the strategy for each DSAR request to achieve a reasonable and proportionate response.- Ensure requests are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner according to the Data Protection Act and Accenture policy- Contact relevant parties in relation to requests and explain what is required offering support where necessary- Collate the data sent from relevant parties and co-ordinate the redaction of data and collation of response to the requestor.- Manage all "right to erasure" requests and engage with the appropriate stakeholders.- Be the primary liaison with the Data Protection team, including; responding to all queries; keeping the DP team up to date with the progress of requests and; escalate more complex queries to seek a resolution.Employee Relations SAR Analyst Skills- CIPD or equivalent- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Applications- Organised in approach to work- Strong attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple cases in parallel and work to strict legal deadlines- Strong team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements- Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act and Data Subject Access Requests would be advantageousThis is a 12 month contract with an initial start working from home.
