Job Description

Country Manager (Japanese Market)Please be aware this role is based in Malta and not London.Recruiting for an enthusiastic Country Manager to join its dynamic team of digital marketing professionals for a very fast-growing online casino, iGaming business based in Malta.The objective of this role will focus primarily on the development of marketing strategies for the Japanese market. The newly hired Country Manager will collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create strategies and campaigns. You will also be the main contact between different company channels and the customers to ensure that they are getting the best complete online casino experience.The salary range for this role is from €45,000 to €55,000 plus bonusThe Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 years experience as a Country Manager for the Japanese Market
  • Experience in generating and implementing marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Fluent in verbal and written Japanese
  • Knowledge of affiliation in the iGaming industry a plus
  • The Job Role:
  • Customer acquisition, conversion and retention, with a real focus on revenue generation
  • Budgets, business plans and marketing plans
  • Manage, plan and execute all marketing and sales activities for the local markets to maximize ROI on marketing and media budgets.
  • Evaluate and follow-up on said deals and partnerships, during and after campaigns
  • Define and communicate the local market strategy and the product for Japan whilst conducting regular competitor analysis
  • Create tailor-made targeted marketing campaigns, promotions and events
  • Working alongside the Affiliate team to further extend market distribution via affiliate partnerships
  • Take responsibility for the annual budget planning
  • Manage and executing digital marketing campaigns through the different acquisition channels
  • Create and optimize profitable affiliate deals in Japan
