We are exclusively partnered with a FinTech start-up based in the City of London who are looking for a Compliance Manager, MLRO/SMF17 to join their ever-expanding team. With international reach and an innovative culture, this role is not one to be missed! Whilst collaborating with the international compliance team, this candidate will have autonomy over their role and be part of a vision and collective objective, making a tangible impact within the company, rather than being just another number.This role is ideal for candidates seeking a remote role and flexible working conditions, my client is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Responsibilities:* Act as MLRO for the UK Business - with external help from the international team* Lead, promote and manage the SMF17 function* Maintain necessary documentation for regulatory reporting* Confident in delivering compliance training to staffRequirements:* 4+ years within Financial Crims/Compliance Roles* Experience writing policies and procedures* Experience in payments, escalations, and SARs* Experience within Financial Services Industry (FinTech is ideal)* Experience holding MLRO and SMF17 (ideal) - or ambition to hold MLRO and SMF17Renumeration:This role is accepting both full-time and part-time candidates.Salary up to £75,000 FTE although there may be some movement on this for the ideal candidate.
