3rd Line Senior Technical SpecialistOur customer a leading technology provider is seeking to recruit a 3rd Line Senior Technical Specialist to offer technical assistance to home working financial traders and brokers.As the 3rd Line Senior Technical Specialist you will be required to provide technical assistance to the field engineering support and design teams as well as clients on a global basis. This will initially be a work from home position.You will act as the 3rd line escalation point for all client issues that can not be immediately addressed by the 1st and 2nd Line support teams. You will also act as Technical Authority for solution design and networking for all clients installations on a global basis, as well as assisting in the development and interoperability of 3rd party products and services to complement the product set of our customer.To be considered for the role of 3rd Line Senior Technical Specialistyou must have a strong knowledge of telecoms and UC platforms and services as well as current Cisco accreditations including CCNA and CCNP.You will also have previous experience of supporting and designing complex Cisco LAN/WAN environments and an in-depth understanding of VoIP, SIP. TCP, UDP and RTP protocols.Experience of supporting multicast network deployments is advantageous as is knowledge of using tools such as Wireshark for troubleshooting and the ability to decipher packets and network errors to resolve faults.At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
