Job Description

2nd Line support SCCM specialist and Cloud & EUC Services Analyst12 months FTC up to 2 years or to go permLondon DBS and SC clearance Salary : £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience The post holder will be a key member of a second line team within the Business Services, IT Department that is responsible for providing advice and logistical support to facilitate the successful delivery of the Cloud and End User Computing (EUC) environments. The post holder will provide high-quality technical expertise to resolve complex escalations from the Service Desk and run bespoke cross-organisational projects; leading on logistics relating to ensuring that the clients end users computer experience is the most effective and efficient possible. The post holder is expected to resolve technical issues as they arise and proactively manage aspects of the EUC environment including hardware, operating systems, applications, system monitoring and administration. The successful candidate will work autonomously and possess excellent customer facing skills to successfully manage escalations from stakeholders whilst remaining flexible and willing to carry out any activities in support of projects.It is essential that you can provide evidence and examples for each of the following selection criteria in your application:*Proven experience and technical knowledge of working within an IT Operational support position, supporting the following technologies, SCCM, Microsoft Intune for MDM, Office 365 Applications, Azure, Apple iOS, iPadOS and macOS deployment and management with DEP / VPP / Apple Business Manager.*Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers to foster strong professional relationships.*Proven Experience of supporting Unified communications platforms from Microsoft including Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.*Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, to multitask, work under pressure and to deliver at pace*Proven knowledge of incident and problem management processes and procedures in a busy operations or technical support environments in line with the ITIL framework.*Experience of Windows client management using SCCM including application, update, Office 365 deployment and configuration, Windows Server and Azure administration.*Experience with Windows 10 Enterprise configuration and administration including driver management and in-depth troubleshooting.Please send in your cv.Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
