We are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager.Kelling Heath is set amongst 300 acres of woodland and rare open heathland in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is close to the North Norfolk coastline at Weybourne. A short journey along the coast, Woodhill Park is located in a breath-taking clifftop location, with magnificent views of the coastline and surrounding countryside.Whether woodland adventures or coastal views, Kelling Heath & Woodhill Park provide ideal spots to sit back, relax and take in the inspiring natural landscape.Working as part of a multi-disciplinary management team, the Marketing Manager will manage all elements of marketing and PR for Kelling Heath and Woodhill Park, helping to maintain and build on brand strengths in line with the Company’s objectives and our vision & values; being passionate about people, service and our environment.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to use own initiative; candidates must have a "passion" for great customer service including excellent understanding and demonstration of customer & relationship management. Blue Sky Leisure needs someone with commercial awareness and a "can do", pro-active attitude, with great organisational skills, showing the ability to prioritise and make decisions.Experience of workload management, including flexibility and meeting deadlines, is essential, as is attention to detail. The role requires a highly creative person with strong visual presentation skills and the ability to undertake data analysis, including interpreting and presenting results.Membership of the Chartered Institute of Marketing is a benefit but is not essential.Closing Date: 28 February 2021First Stage Interviews: Week Commencing 8 March 2021 (First stage interviews will be held virtually)
