Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Sales, Customer Service & Kitchen Design Consultant to work for our client based in Wetherby.The main purpose of this role is to provide a full end to end service for customers from initial inquiry and quotation through to full completion/installation and aftercare.The Key Responsibilities within this role will include:*Communicating directly with the customer upon receiving the first enquiry forms either via phone or email*Completing customer designs and quotations for kitchens and occasionally bedrooms and bathrooms*Be the main point of contact for your customers through the entire sales process*Provide professional advice and creative ideas on customer queries*Deal with the aftercare of customers to ensure customer satisfaction*Liaison with all relevant departments across the business and 3rd party suppliers*Ensure all customer records are updated on the CRM system*Complete showroom tours and occasional surveysTo be considered for this role you will have previous experience in arts/design/graphics and experienced using multiple IT and CRM systems.You will need to have a creative mind with excellent organisation and planning skills and a highly confident and helpful manner to carry out a customer facing role.Knowledge of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design along with experience of using Fusion 2020 would be a distinct advantage.Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5:30pm Fridays 9:30am - 5pm.Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on the recruitment of talented Business Support professionals across all levels.
